A Window into the MCC Board World

In a move toward greater transparency of MCC deicsionmaking, the MCC published for the first time a summary of its last Board meeting. This is a fabulous change in Board procedures and puts the MCC on par with procedures for publishing Board decisions in the multilateral development banks. Board summaries are but one of my recommendations for enhancing transparency in the MCC. Check out the full set of recommendations.
